Description:

The Moorings-Mariner Inn is an informal yachting hotel that caters to the visitor
wanting to combine sea and land activities. It is part of the large Moorings Marina
Complex, which includes an 80-slip marina that provides yacht charters and water
sports. Built in 1979 and renovated in 1994, The Moorings is located on Road
Harbour, directly on the Sir Francis Drake Channel, just outside of Road Town.
The hotel is easily reached, as it is only 1 mile from town & 7 miles from the Beef
Island Airport. As the Inn is part of the large Moorings Marina Complex, yachting attire
is the mode of the day.

The Inn itself features Lanai-type rooms with private baths, kitchenettes, mini-bars
and balconies, some with air-conditioning. Four Suites are available as well as
various land & sea packages for those desiring to sail. There is a tennis court and a
dive shop. Water sports are available and encouraged. Daily special activities
include skippered day sails, scuba lessons and island tours, in addition to the
complimentary water sports fun that comes with every Club Mariner holiday.

An open-air restaurant and bar is just steps away from your room, as well as an
outdoor freshwater pool with patio. The Mariner Inn also caters to large groups
with meeting facilities for up to 125. It is part of a large yachting community that
features marine services, yacht haul out, awl grip, stores and gourmet chandlers.
The Moorings is also a gathering place for visiting sailors. If you are all ready a
sailor this is definitely the place to stay. If you don't know how to sail but would
like to learn, this is the place.
