Leverick Bay Resort and Marina sits on the southern shore of one of the most unique bays within the Caribbean Sea. Encircled by small islands and barrier reefs, these sheltered waters of North Sound offer a magnificent playground in every shade of aquamarine imaginable.
A little hamlet perched between the protected waters of North Sound and the green hillsides of Gorda Peak, Leverick Bay Resort include 20 hillside rooms/suites, waterfront and hillside villas with 1-6 bedrooms. The amenities are The Restaurant at Leverick Bay, beach bar, and Pusser's clothing/gift store,Chef's Pantry grocery store, Beauty Therapy Spa, full marina facilities, Dive BVI, gift shop, pool, auto rental, laundromat, water sports and boat rentals. You name it and they probably have it or can arrange it, even parasailing. The folks here are very
friendly and love visiting with cruisers, day visitors, and those couples and families spending several days or more enjoying their little piece of paradise.
The hotel rooms have two beds, refrigerator, a/c, ceiling fans,cable TV, a private balcony with ocean views and phone. Two bedroom air-conditioned suites have complete kitchens, BBQ, living and dining room, TV and phone. Each has a balcony overlooking the marina and North Sound. A variety of private homes are available for rent throughout Leverick Bay Resort. These are beautiful Caribbean style homes dotting the hillside, each with a fabulous views of North Sound activities and evening sunsets.
Enjoy the friendly atmosphere at Beach's Bar or relax by the pool for lunch, drinks, or snacks. They will prepare your picnic lunch if you decide to rent a boat and spend the day exploring North Sound's nooks and crannies. The Restaurant at Leverick Bay serves their famous "Painkiller" rum drink at Beach's bar and superb dinner entrees on the adjacent open-air terrace.
On certain nights during the week enjoy John Peacock playing jazz,blues,old time rock'n'roll and
caribbean classics from 7pm till late. Friday nights starting at 7pm, there is a Beach Party with a limbo contest, music, BBQ and great deals on drinks.
A complete grocery store is available at The Chefs Pantry. If you are cooking meals on your own, you will find excellent provisions right here. For the ultimate in relaxation and pampering, visit the Spa for a sauna, whirlpool and massage. The staff specializes in facials, manicures,
waxing, and making you feel like queen for a day.
Water sports are the focus of most days, with water skiing, sailing, kayaks, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and boat rentals all available at the marina. Try your hand at deep sea fishing, offshore power boating, or charter a sailboat and spend a few days cruising around the
British Virgin Islands. This is truly a tropical paradise and the sailing capital of the Caribbean.
